The customer service
Location adjacent to LAX is perfect for overnight stays between flights. The room and bathroom are comfortable and functional. Although somewhat dated, the rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is easy to use and runs every 30-40 mins. There is a filtered drinking tap near the lobby and the breakfast buffet is good with a mixture of hot food and fresh fruit. The fitness centre is available 24 hours (accessible at night via security staff) which is useful for jetlagged travelers.

I stayed here because I needed to be able to get to LAX the next morning and the hotel provides a free shuttle. It was comfortable, quiet, and convenient.
